History
Pharma-Tech A/S is Denmark’s oldest blow mould factory. The company developed from Terplet which was acquired by Rubek Emballage in 2000. In 2010 they acquired a share of Scanbeck’s business and assets and Pharma-Tech A/S was formed. Pharma-Tech A/S is located in Randers, Denmark in a 6500 square meters modern production facility.
Quality
Pharma-Tech A/S is ISO 15378:2017 GMP, ISO 14401:2015 and ISO 9001 certified. We produce 24/7 on modern fully automatic blow moulding machines and offer “hands-free” production. Our raw materials selection includes HDPE, LDPE, MDPE, PP, PETG, PET and Co-ex. We can supply products in both food and Pharmacopoeia grade materials.
Production takes place in clean production rooms. In the production facility are HEPA filters and the facility is constantly pressurised to prevent foreign bodies such as dust from being drawn into the facility. Every production is controlled with batch numbering and each box / shrink pack is provided with individual reference numbers. The Pharma-Tech quality control team carries out 2-hourly production monitoring on all machines and this is traceable via the batch numbering system. All individual boxes / shrink packages can be identified in case of irregularities.
Together with our customers we are able to create customer-specific analysis certificates. For all deliveries a Declaration of Conformity is provided, this covers at minimum the following EU directives:

- EU 2023/2006
- EU 1907/2006
The declaration also covers heavy metals according to EU Directive 94/62/EC.
Our external supplier Rentokil provides us with pest control services.
Assortment
We produce a wide range of plastic containers including pharmaceutical tablet containers with more than 120 shapes and sizes from 10 ml to 5,000 ml plastic bottles and cans, jars for food, healthcare and personal care. We also produce a large number of products for the cleaning and chemical industries.
The standard range includes many of our own moulds and in addition we produce from a large number of customer-owned moulds.
We offer a wide selection of merchandise such as lids, caps, inserts, dispensers, trigger sprays, mist spray atomisers, soap dispensers and foamers, many of which are also held in stock.
Pharma-Tech A/S has the advantage of holding many items in stock at our Danish factory and warehouse facilities. We can deliver these items to most European countries within just a few days.
Project Management
Pharma-Tech A/S offers a project management service from design assistance to 3D sampling, mould making, production, customer specific certificates of analysis and quality documentation. We specialise in developing projects for example: environmentally friendly Svane certification and Child Resistant Closures with certification.
Our experienced team has a vast knowledge of different solutions and we are always open to new projects both large and small.

We supply customers in many European countries including Denmark, England, Sweden, Norway, Germany, Finland, France, Portugal, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Switzerland and the Netherlands.
